i'm trying to build a relay-circuit that kicks in when voltage in a line goes below 110 volts. It also has to be able to handle up to 10ks, but only for brief periods. Weight and Heat-sinking are no problem since it will be ground-based.

Basically it's so my generator will be able to handle temporary impulse-current loads over its 7kw maximum-rating, by traiggering a 120V inverter to a car-battery. If the impulse-current draw exceeds the generator's capacity and drops voltage below 110, the relay will activate the inverter, and supply the impulse-current; then when voltage restores, it will switch back off.
