I Already Got Keyless On My Gran Prix But The Shit Broke On Me, I Tried Replacing The Battery In The Remote But That Wasn't The Problem... Anyone Know What I Could Check To Figure Out Whats Wrong Or Fix To Make It Work Again?

Try looking at the remote with a scope or frequency counter. That way, you can tell whether it is transmitting or not. Otherwise, take it to a Pontiac dealer. If it is under warrenty, they should be able to deal with it.
