I find this hard to believe. All the questions you asked were elementary to any turbo project.

Not trying to be an ass, but I'm sort of tired of people assuming this project will be a quick and easy first project.

Don't take this the wrong way. I'm just going to tell you what I tell everyone else in this situation.

If you have to ask, you can't do it.

That said, start off with the stock turbo and a set of 550CC injectors. Better if you are running 680 or 720CC secondaries. The S-AFC should manage this easily.

The amount of boost an engine can handle is not a set figure. It depends on many things. The type of turbo, the intercooler, fuel and ignition, condition of the engine, how it's ported, etc. are all a factor.

Generally speaking, the stock turbo is good to about 14 PSI, and starts loosing efficiency quickly at 12PSI.

As for injectors, what are you trying to do?

ive got a 87 N/A GXL stock motor;that i want to turbo;i bought a cheapo ssautochrome turbo mani that im going to modify;modify meaning extra support and extend it to clear the LIM;i can install it ; i just dont know about fuel management on these;i would like to do 10psi on a safc tuned;oh its a t4 mani;what would be the best size turbo for my application
