can i make that product for cheaper than $30?
does anyone know basicly how this product works?

its suppost to cool your neck makeing you feel cooler.

working as an electricians helper inside a house w/o AC is NOT fun at all.

so its eather buy this for 25-30 dollers or make one for a cheaper price.

acually all those are is a big aluminum heatsink that wraps around your neck and has a fan blowing on it. they dont really work either.
radio shack sells some peltier squares

go get your self a peltier and some sheet aluminum or copper. stick the cold side of the peltier onto the mental and the shape the metal into a hat.
