Posted - Feb 15 2010 : 11:04:39 AM Using system policies, you can restrict a computer down to near uselessness. Pro versions of Windows have poledit built in, I think you have to go through a few hoops to use it on Home versions of Windows. |

If you are serious try playing around with file & folder security settings. I have a good sized home network that I've rigged up that auto Syncs data across computers and limits access only to certain user accounts. I have made a HTPC (Home Theater PC) with dual tuners, blu-ray Full HD and 2TB HDD Et Cetera that is connected to the LAN and is great piece of work for numerous tasks. |
