Windows 7 has God Mode!
Create a new folder anywhere and name it:
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} |

From what I understand, it gives you one window from which you can
alter pretty much any setting or appearnce you can think of
for the OS, all in one place. |
