Hi, I have a freezer door that sometimes doesn't close all the way, and I'm trying to find out what kind of switch or sensor I can install on the door to alarm when the door is open, even open just a couple millimeters. Most door alarms are proximity switches, so the door has to be open at least 1/2" for the alarm to trip. I need a more sensitive alarm: it should trip if contact is broken. (It's okay if the alarm goes off whenever the door is open; I'm hooking this switch up to an alarm system with a time-delay).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
