I origionally thought wrong about IC due to parts list but now have a schematic on Eagle of a kit
bought from RSR Electronics. Problem is it has no instructions as to how to actually test or impliment it in actual use. What kind of a devise do I have to buy to upload a schematic to a
WEB site for future help or to share with others. Do you know? The kit does not describe what you asked so what does a newbie to electronics do next. tanks

Voltage in? Voltage out? Current? Use?
