Are there any schematics around for building an 12VDC to 12VAC inverter?

Sorry, will try to be more specific. I have a motorcycle in which I replaced the stator with a 3 phase stator. The AC output is only 5VAC during starting, I need 12VAC. I thought that if I could get an 12VDC to !2 VAC inverter then I could energize the CDI while starting. HTH

I don't have any on hand, I just design them when I need them.

Well your very vague on what you need so all I can say is look up what a H-Bridge can do. If all you need is a square wave then it's all too easy.

555 Timer IC
Four MOSFETs
Prototype board
Some passive components mostly for the 555.
Wires
Solder
Soldering Iron
Heatsink
and some other stuff I can't think of right now.

Also if you are interested I just found this:
