I that circuit on the picture to drive heat wire about 4cm long and 0,5mm thick. The circuit was made to supply with 230V/12V transfomrer and it's made to drive long wires about half of meter. And the problem is that the 12V voltage is not usefull for so short wire that I use, so I connect this circuit to 3V transformer, an it doesn't work. The problem is that the transistor Q3 don't open enaf to supply the thyristor gate. I changed the resistors and I measured 1V beetween base and emittor of Q3 but it still doesn't work.

What should I do to get this think work, it is possible?

Sorry for my bad English I come form Slovenian.
