hello sir,
I have taken a 12V to 120V inverter circuit from your website.The HEP 154 silicon diode is required for that circuit.But that diode is not available in market. Can i replace that diode with another value.

HEP parts are replacements for real parts. Maybe there is enough info in its datasheet for you to select a real part.
The inverter project works very poorly because it is too simple.
