My daughter has a defective T1 transformer on her Light Organ I believe it is 500 Ohm It has 4 pins and a yellow dot on it and is on her board where the audio is input. Where can I purchase one?

Most electronics stores. Usually the transormers used are a standard isolation transformer. Either 500:500 or 500:8K or similar. Even Radio Shack generally has a few on the shelf. If you get one with multiple taps on the secondary you can swap taps around to find the best one.
