i wanna create a circuit to have 12v & 2A from 5v & 0.5A
Can i have a circuit for this ?

Impossible.
12V at 2A is 24 Watts. But 5V at 0.5A is only 2.5 Watts. Where will the other 21.5 Watts come from??
