Hello,we want to build a humane chicken stunner that stuns birds before the knife. We have a 600 volt 100va transformer that is used for turkeys and large birds. Is there a circuit or a way that we could turn down the voltage remotely with a pot/electronic method to about 300 or less for smaller fowl?.

That's one of the best questions ever asked here.

Just a big light dimmer on the primary should do the job.
