Posted - Dec 18 2008 : 08:06:07 AM That guy is a real jerk! We don't need his crap here. There is plenty of that all over the internet if that's what your looking for. This is an electronics forum. This guy is obviously of a very low IQ.

Posted - Dec 20 2008 : 10:28:20 AM I didn't know there was porn in the speakers thread as I have not visited the thread. I don't have any input to offer on speaker systems.
If there is every porn in a thread that gets missed for a few days, just post in this forum and I'll take care of it.
Unfortunately, Snitz doesn't at this point have and function that lets me delete all threads/posts from a user so I have to do it manually. I'll see if that's available as a mod, or maybe I can write it. |

Posted - Dec 19 2008 : 6:43:23 PM Oh ok someone else has noticed... The one N/A person has posted some "P" (I'm not putting it in becuase I don't want someone googling it to find it on here) in the speakers page... Thought you might want to get rid of that... |

Posted - Dec 18 2008 : 10:06:00 AM "n/a" refers to deleted users. When a user is deleted, their account no longer exists but their posts remain. The forum fills in the username as "n/a".
There was a tonne of spam posted late Tuesday night and I didn't see it until Wednesday morning. I thought I had deleted it all and then deleted the account, but apparently I missed one, hence the "n/a" post with porn in it.
Spammers use bots or child labour to make hundreds of posts onto a forum with links to their crappy websites in the hopes of bringing up their search ranking. It takes a considerable amount of labour to clean up and sometimes I may miss one. I am constantly deleting spammer user accounts. |
