It was this day in 1983 that the ARPANET routers stopped passing NCP packets, and began routing only TCP/IP. Therefore, today is the official 20th birthday of the Internet. I would have thought that there would be some sort of celebration or announcement, seeing as the Internet basically changed the world and all.
