Aaron what mig welder do your use restoring the Cosmo? Awesome build by the way.

It's an older small Lincoln 120V 90A MIG, sort of the older version of the current SP-140T or Power MIG 140C. A good little portable welder for sheet metal and up to about 1/4" (in non structural applications). Only frustration I find with it is that it is very sensitive to wire feed and current settings. They need to be dialed into a very narrow margin, especially when welding out of position, to avoid burnback on the wire.
